These practical terms explain how GPSFX PDF Shrinker is offered. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee legal protection.
Best-effort service
GPSFX PDF Shrinker is provided on a best-effort basis. We work to keep the tool available, functional, and useful, but we do not guarantee that the site, compression tool, account system, Supporter Pass system, ads, or third-party integrations will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every file, browser, or device.
No file or output guarantee
PDF compression results can vary depending on the file. We do not guarantee a specific file size reduction, output quality, compatibility, or successful compression for every PDF. Users are responsible for reviewing downloaded files before relying on or sharing them.
Browser-only processing
PDF files are processed in the user’s browser for compression. Files are not intentionally uploaded to our server for compression. Users are still responsible for making sure they have the right to process and modify any files they use with the tool.
Supporter Pass terms
Supporter Passes are optional paid access upgrades purchased through Ko-fi. A 1 Year Supporter Pass unlocks unlimited compressions for one year. A Lifetime Supporter Pass unlocks unlimited compressions for the lifetime of the service, subject to the continued operation and availability of GPSFX PDF Shrinker.
Same email requirement
To activate a Supporter Pass automatically, users must use the same email address on Ko-fi and GPSFX PDF Shrinker. If a different email is used, access may not activate automatically.
No refunds
All Supporter Pass purchases are final and non-refundable. Because Supporter Passes provide access to digital functionality, we do not offer refunds once payment is completed, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
Service changes
We may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or Supporter Pass system at any time. If technical issues, third-party outages, bugs, platform changes, or service limitations affect access, we will make reasonable efforts to fix the issue but are not responsible for losses, damages, missed use, or other issues caused by interruptions or errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPSFX Design/GPSFX PDF Shrinker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost files, lost data, lost profits, business interruption, or issues caused by use of the tool, inability to use the tool, file compression results, account issues, ads, Ko-fi, Supabase, Netlify, or other third-party services.
